And now it’s time to eat! In the center of town is one of our favorite restaurants where chef Ronen will host us for some of Israel’s best brisket/ asado sandwiches, and a home-style kitchen that leaves little to be desired. For vegetarians, the Sabich is simply excellent. Let us relax and lean to the left, enjoy the sides and salads to accompany your sandwich, and a glass of some of Israel’s best wine to wash it all down.
